End-outs for the Easyfix Range of conservatories

What is an End-out conservatory?

An end out is a 2 sided conservatory, that fits into a corner or up against a wall. There are price reductions per the amount of panels on the side you deduct, and some additions for the box gutter you need to add for supports against the wall.

For example, of a 12 sided conservatory has 4 panels along one side, and you remove the side against the wall for an end out, you take the cost of each panel from your conservatory price and add the price of the structural box valley gutter for the panels you deducted.

What do I get with an End-out?

• 1 pair of french doors
• 4 opening windows
• 2 sides the (front and one other side)
• Roof

How do I work the price out?

For each panel removed, deduct the following:

Then, for each panel you took away, you need to add a structural box valley gutter, to support the side you left out. This costs £53 per panel. This does not apply to Lean-to conservatories. a box valley gutter is not required.
