A - The answer is simple we sell affordable full featured
conservatories directly over the internet, no salesmen, agents
or any other middlemen, no costly advertising campaign, no
brochures, we sell in bulk
Q - What can my
Easyfix conservatory be used for?
A - Apart from a place for you and your family to relax
you could use your Easyframe Conservatory as a study, a utility
room, a playroom (toughened safety glass throughout), a dining
room, the only limitations are your imagination
Q - What is a dwarf wall?
A - A dwarf wall is a small brick wall which the conservatory
frame sits on and is 600mm high starting at the damp course
level or you can have a full height model, sometimes referred
to a glass to ground which sits directly on top of the damp
course
Q - How much is delivery for
a conservatory in the UK?
A - Delivery to UK mainland is FREE
Q - What is the delivery time on conservatories?
A - Delivery Time approx 4 weeks
Q - Do you send out brochures?
A - We no longer print our brochure, we have put all the
info online instead and the cost saving is reflected in our
conservatory prices. Online you will find pictures, floor
plans, sizes and prices. If there is a particular question
that is not covered on our web site please contact us
Q - Is there a guarantee with the conservatories?
A - Yes, all conservatories come with a 10 year guarantee.
Q - Do you offer any kind of installation
support?
A - You will receive a comprehensive installation manual
and telephone support during installation.

Q - Do you install the conservatory?
A - We don't install conservatories, however they are easy
enough to install yourself as a manual is provided. Or you
could find a local builder to do this for you.
Q - How does the "we pay the VAT offer
work?"
A - Legally we must charge vat, therefore we are offering
an additional discount to cover the vat element.
That is to say if our conservatory normally costs £4000.00
plus £700.00 vat, total £4700.00 we will give you a £700.00
discount. Therefore you will pay £4000.00
and your invoice will read as follows £3404.26 plus vat £595.74
total £4000.00. If you are a self builder or registered
for vat you can claim the £595.74 vat content on your next vat
return Q - Do you offer a choice
of extras, such as french doors, toplights etc?
A - Yes we offer a whole range of optional extras including

Q - Do I have to pay a deposit?
A - We require a £50.00 deposit with order and the
remaining balance is due the week before delivery. Example:
a conservatory costs £5000. We are currently offering a 50%
discount which brings the price to £2500. This is the price
you pay. Delivery UK mainland is FREE, for Northern Ireland
add £220 - Southern Ireland add £295 and rest of world
please enquire. At the time of the order for the £2500 conservatory
you must pay a £50.00 deposit. The remaining £2450 must be
paid the week before delivery. The deposit is non-refundable.
